Data Storage

Your personal data is stored on encrypted servers. We retain account information only for as long as required by applicable law or active account status, after which records are permanently deleted on a documented schedule.

Cookie Policy

We use functional, analytics and session cookies. A cookie-preference panel is available on your first visit and can be adjusted at any time through the browser settings link in our footer.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts. We recommend enabling it via your profile security tab. Any unrecognised login attempt triggers an automatic email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records — including all DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS movements — are retained for five years to meet financial-reporting obligations, then purged. You may request a copy of your records at any point.

Your Right to Access

You may request a full export of the personal data we hold about you. Submit the request through the Help Centre; we process and deliver the export file within 30 calendar days of verification.

Your account is subject to the terms we publish on this page, and enforceability depends on local law applicable in Indonesia. We apply the same policy set consistently across all account holders and note any jurisdiction-specific carve-outs in the relevant section of the full terms document.

Log in to your account, go to the Help Centre inside the profile panel, and submit a data-access request. After identity verification — usually completed within two business days — we deliver a downloadable export of all data we hold within 30 calendar days.

You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time. Certain records — such as transaction histories covering DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits — must be retained for five years under financial-reporting obligations. We will clearly tell you which data can be deleted and which must be kept.

We send an email to your registered address at least seven days before any material change to the terms takes effect. The notification includes a summary of what changed and a link to the updated document so you can compare the previous and new versions side by side.

On closure, non-mandatory personal data is deleted within 90 days. Financial transaction records are retained for five years as required, then permanently purged. You receive a written confirmation email once the deletion process for your non-mandatory data is complete.
